[wp-polyglots] Call for beta-testers: official international WordPress sites

Hi Matt, last year I contacted you regarding the Spanish supports forums
running on http://w.ordpress.com and you mentioned the possibility of this
international program, but then you never got back to me.

I've tried to reach a few months ago again with no better luck, so, just to
remind you, we would be happy to move  over es.wp.org and of course you can
have the ordpress.com to avoid any confusion with wp.com ;)

Just let me know.
