[wp-polyglots] Translation of kubrick theme

[एस्.के]

Is it correct to translate php date format characters like "F jS, Y"
etc, since I think they are parsed as such by php engine. I find that
they have been gettexted in Kubrick theme.

Kindly elucidate.
