[wp-polyglots] Ukrainian Translation (uk)

Hello Nikolay,

The username of mine on wordpress.org: "lyncis".

Concerning locale name, I suppose it is the best idea to have only
"uk" language code as name, because Ukrainian language has no official
dialects.

Also we will add team information asap.
