Hello,

please create this locale at the localization repository:

    ca
    Language "catalan"
    No country code because this language is spoken accross several 
countries.
   
    Maintainer: me
    Forum name: hervada

We are a team that has been translating WP for years (from v. 1.5.  to 
v. 2.3).
