[wp-polyglots] how to test the translated text in local machine?

Hello,

I started contributing my translation work to wordpress. (cuz we recently
received a few fixed for our font).
As poEdit is crashing all the time on Windows Vista, I'm thinking to use
Notepad++ to edit the po file manually.

My question is : How can I test those translated text in my wordpress which
is installed locally in my machine?
