[wp-polyglots] Repository access request

[Huda Toriq]

Hi, I am Huda Toriq. I've been localizing WordPress into my language,
Indonesian (id_ID). How could I gain access to wordpress i18n repository to
upload my localization project so other Indonesian WordPress user can
download it from there?
