[wp-polyglots] Bahasa Indonesia translation

hello, everyone.

Although I have translated WordPress to my language "Bahasa Indonesia"
(id_ID), I still know a little about this translation team.

How could I participate in this team, and make my language available in the
WordPress language repository? I don't have any knowledge about repository
system and SVN software. So I am hoping some assitance..
