[wp-polyglots] Default Theme (again)

I'm suprised to see that the core team still doesn't incorporate gettext
into the default theme. By the look of the mentioned ticket, it seems that
this is set to be fixed in milestone 2.3 (which will not be released
anytime soon). In the mean time, the default theme should be directly
translated, file by file. See
