[wp-polyglots] Downoad interface for localized WP

I think it'd be great if non-English-speaking WP users are able to download
WP in their language easily, from a web page that automatically updates, not
from the SVN directory. I like how the wp-plugins download interface works.
Does wordpress-i15n plan to adopt it?
