[wp-polyglots] bbPress translations

Hi,

I've made the ja resource for bbPress, so would you set it up for
'ja_JP' please?

BTW, I found the pot file at
http://svn.automattic.com/bbpress-i18n/pot/tags/0.8.2.1/bbpress.pot,
but it seems to be missing "__ngettext keyword".
