[wp-polyglots] adding tr_TR locale to Svn

Hi,

I'm one of the administrators of Turkish WordPress site,
WordPress Turkiye (wordpress-tr.com)

Our locale (tr_TR) is not listed in Svn:
http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/

Can you add it to the list, and what should we do?
