[wp-polyglots] Adding wordpress 2.0.x POT to Rosseta

Hi All,
I would opt to add the WordPress 2.0.x POT to Rosseta.
The current version there is 1.5.something.

The way it works
1. We add the updated POT file
2. Users upload their current translation (.po) file
<doing translation>
3. Users can grab the .po file to add to trac or they can even grab an 
.mo file for direct use.
