[wp-polyglots] Russian translation - 2.1-alpha2

Hi all.

I`ve looked at the svn - the latest russian translation is done against 
WordPress 1.5.
So here are the ru_RU files for trunk. Both the theme and gettext 
messages are translated.
Didn`t care much about the README and wp-config-sample.php, as long as 
all installations I`ve seen were done without having to look at that 
files ).

And a little question: how often is the POT file updated? Recent source 
upgrade from trunk has broken some messages. I`ll try to fix `em as soon 
as I get updated POT. Thanks.
