[wp-polyglots] WP 2.0 in French

The French version of WP2 was released shortly after the official
release itself :

The packaging was made while I was on vacation, hence the announcment
is only made today :)
Our team member also updated the Codex accordingly :

(btw, the new Codex design design seem to distinguish sub-sections too well...)
