[wp-polyglots] Codex is working - need your help with WordPress in Your Language

The Codex is back working and we need your help again with 
http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_In_Your_Language

In addition to updating and adding information on WordPress versions, 
support forums, documentation, themes, plugins, etc. to this page, we 
want to add the character equivalent of the language title per each 
section so it would read:

== Russian - Russian Equivalent ==

links and text

== Hebrew - Ivrit ==

I don't have Russian or Hebrew capability on my email, but I hope you 
get the point. It would be the English name for the language followed by 
the character codes that represent the "real" name for the language. The 
Forum is also working to get links IN the actual language characters, so 
adding these will really help that movement.

Because languages are browser dependent, we are having some struggles 
getting some languages to be visible on the Codex and Forum. We want 
these to be seen across browsers, so they will need to be in character 
codes.

If you can help, please pitch in and help us. If you are unfamiliar with 
the Codex, then email me the information and I'll make sure it gets posted.
