[wp-polyglots] A better Norwegian Bokmål translation

Not to mention complete!

Based on todays pot-file, I bring you a new, improved Norwegian Bokmål
translation. I think all of you will agree this one is much better
than the ones currently advertised in the forum and codex.

Also, I noticed a little regression when checking the latest
wp-register.php, line 168:

<p>A password will be emailed to you.</p>

I reckon that should be added to the pot ;-)
