[wp-polyglots] Lithuanian translation (lt_LT)

Hello,

I just want to announce, that I'm translating WP into Lithuanian.
And one, maybe stupid question - where do I have to put that .mo file? 
In tutorial it's a litle bit confusing explanation (for non profesionals) :)
