[wp-polyglots] Error in New PO file...

I have downloaded new po file and got 2 fatal errors while saving it in 
poEdit program ...
these are errors : ( error log )

 F:\Monthly\Esfand 83\fa.po:4106: duplicate message definition
 F:\Monthly\Esfand 83\fa.po:2792: ...this is the location of the first 
definition
 F:\Monthly\Esfand 83\fa.po:4111: duplicate message definition
 F:\Monthly\Esfand 83\fa.po:3608: ...this is the location of the first 
definition
 msgfmt: found 2 fatal errors

any idea ?!
