[wp-polyglots] installaton and importe files are not in .pot

Nikolay, the gettext machine, went to work on the install and upgrade.
I updated the pot with the added strings.  For the moment, only the pot
in subversion has these additions.  I'll update Rosetta once this round
of admin string changes are in and have settled.
