Hi folks,

name's Alistair and I speak Gaelic and would like to get wp in Gaelic. 
Will wp support dynamic language switching? e.g. is it possible for 
different languages to be used based on a user's preferences? It's also 
a great way to learn a language if you're beginning, i.e. view in 
English and switch back and forward to another language.

If I can help do this I'd be interested.
