[wp-polyglots] New default theme missing strings

I agree with Morgan, the default and classic themes would be easier to 
handle without having some strings marked and others hard-translated. I'd 
prefer having everything unmarked; translation teams could leave these files 
for their PHP-familiar members to translate and give the PO to the others. 
It's not that there are so many strings to deal with...
