[wp-polyglots] wp-i18n IRC channel

Hi folks,

I just created a an IRC channel for us, #wp-i18n on irc.freenode.net, 
since I figured IRC would be a great place for more immediate answers 
to localization questions, and for teams to collaborate real-time. I 
invite everyone to stop by and hang out. If it ends up being a popular 
spot, I'll go ahead and register it officially with Freenode.

Oh, and hang out in #wordpress too, while you're at it. There's always 
fun stuff happening there. :-)
