I did some grep editing of the PO file and uploaded it back to Rosetta.
Here are the updates I made:

- Updated all accent character entities to use literal characters.
Found some incorrect entities while I was at it (lots of &acute; and
one &eaacute;).
- Made sure that all ' :' used '&nbsp;:'
- Corrected a few spots where the translation didn't have a space
before a colon, but probably didn't get them all (there are so many
colons in the file, it would take forever to grep through them all)
- Corrected a few '<b />' to '<br />'
- Changed 'billet' to 'article', since we seemed to be settling on
that, and corrected the articles accordingly ("du" => "de l'", "ce" =>
"cet", etc.). (If I jumped the gun on this, I'll be happy to fix them.)
- Updated all translations containing apostrophes to use &#8217;, if
the source message either didn't have any apostrophes at all, or also
used &#8217;. All translations whose source message uses non-curly
apostrophes, still use non-curly apostrophes.
- Someone had actually inserted a few ↵'s in one message, so I took
those out. (They didn't mean to use that literally! :-P )

Now for the grammatical editing! Woo!
