I'm Morgan Doocy, and my native language is English, but I can get by 
in French as well.

I'm working on the Multilingual plugin, which will enable multilingual 
bloggers to write the same post in multiple languages, and allow 
viewers to choose which language in which to read the blog.

It's still pre-alpha, and I don't recommend using it yet, but 
adventurous testers can download it from the WordPress Plugin 
Repository to track its progress.
