As a matter of fact, the Classic theme seems i18n'd, and the strings
do translate when theme.mo is put into the /languages directory, but
how come the Default one is not i18n'd ?
Is theme.pot applicable to other themes than the Classic one ? Or
should every theme get its own POT ?
