Regarding Bengali numerals, they are available in CSS3. Have a look at
http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-css3-lists-20021107/

Please tell us if it worked for you.
Try with Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/) as it supports CSS3.
