Agreed, but I'm not sure if it wouldn't create much more (coding) trouble that it is worth.

Besides, I've just noticed it on Yahoo! Mail. Select all messages (from "Bulk" folder), 
click on "Delete", any you get:

Are you sure you want to delete all messages?

[OK] [Cancel]

I bet much more people use Yahoo! than WordPress, and if they aren't confused with it... :)
