You can map as many domains as you want to a site on Multisite, but only 
one site is going to be 'primary'

http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/ works just 
fine for that.

Are you trying to have two domains that are 100% the same, with 
different URLS? That way lies SEO madness.
