[wp-hackers] Quick install type system for wordpress?

Hello all,

Just a question, with phpbb we got a system called quickinstall[1] and I
find it handy to have since I can use it to setup a phpbb board that has x
amount of users etc for people who wirte mods and such.

Does anyone know if there anything like this for wordpress? I would love to
be able to generate say 20 posts with say 30 - 50 comments in each one for
testing code that I'm working on
