[wp-hackers] WordPress plugins SVN server malfunctioning?

Is anyone else getting endless amounts of this kind of thing if they try 
to update a plugin today?

svn: PROPFIND of '/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read status line: 
connection was closed by server (http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org)

I've tried it from multiple locations/machines.
