[wp-hackers] GSOC2013: Code Editor Refresh

Hey everyone,
after getting some first feedback (thanks Daniel) on my first proposal
(Widget Collections) I just now published a blog post on a "Code Editor
Refresh" project.

I really think it is a important project. The WordPress code editors are a
launch pad for possible to-be developers!
