[wp-hackers] Sidebar video widget w/ its own sharing buttons?

ShareThis will share the content of a widget? My understanding is that
ShareThis and similar plugins share posts and pages, not media content
inside of widgets.

I haven't seen any plugins which allow the visitor to share the *current
content of a widget.* Are there?
