[wp-hackers] Search Individual Comments

Looking for a plugin or code to allow users to search comments.

Yes, there are a handful of plugins that search within comments, but the results link to the original post and not directly to the comment. Which means if you have a well commented site the current plugins are practically useless.

Ideally if a user searched for a keyword all posts, pages and individual comments would be listed, so there could be 10 comments from the same post with links directly to those comments.

Anyone stumbled over code that’s close to this?
