[wp-hackers] Put New Customize Theme feature on menu

Hi all,

This new customize theme feature of 3.4 is just great. Following the great
tutorial written from Otto I was able to change the way the user tweaked
the theme in no time, thanks Otto.

Now to the questions:

Why isnt "Customize" in a new menu item under the "Appearance" menu. Isnt
it expected? I though it will be default. Is there another way to put it
there appart from add_theme_page(...) ?

Is there an option to easily remove "Backgroun" and "Header" menu items?
Since you can do all this through the new "Customize", I dont see why they
should stay there... Am I missing something?
