[wp-hackers] WordPress install homepage redirecting to /wp-admin/install.php

I am not sure but I think on the wp.org forums the pagination has changed
and contains a bug:

when you are on the second page of a thread the pagination control is on
the right bar and does not respond to anything.

E.g. :
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-better-wp-security-file-change-notification-sends-2-3-emails/page/2?replies=32

I tried it with firefox and chrome

Then again, i'm a bit tired so maybe its me
