[wp-hackers] Caching as part of the core

Hey Andrew,
Disappointing the authors is really good reason as you say, because it can
demage our comminity and avoiding the contributing..
BUT, from the other side- we prevent the common user from caching.

Maybe the right solution is like drupal- making the basic caching by the
core- and the advanced and improved caching by the third-party plugins..
In this way, we can save our developers to extend and improve the caching
system(by caching hooks and offering other services like cdn, special
filtering, image cache, etc..) and in the same time to offer the common
user basic caching.

About CloudFlare- it seems a really great service.. BUT it really bad for
website who not in the U.S like Israel :)

The current status, by my opinion, putting us in a really low position
comparing the alternatives. Caching is really basic.
