[wp-hackers] WordPress moving to PHP 5.3x?

As mentioned previously, if I was actually aiming for adoption I would
personally aim at 5.2. Given your described audience, I would
definitely aim for 5.2, since a lot of them are probably subject to
(ridiculous, external) imposed limitations coming from their clients.
