You'll need to make the swf filetype to the mime as well, how you do
that, i'm not sure off the top of my head.
it might just mean replacing 'flash' with 'swf' in the below code, or
it might be another filter.
Eitherway, check out this plugin:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pjw-mime-config/ (at least for the
hooks it uses)
