If you didn't realise, this is a theming question, as theme files are
included by WordPress, redirecting to another theme file via a HTTP
redirect would never work.
As to why you'd include index.php from home.php, well, honestly, I
don't know what Sinan is attempting to achieve, and I don't question
what most themers are attempting to do, but that's not to say there
isn't a reason for it (for example, if a theme had a toggle to utilise
the page or not perhaps)
Sinan: The reason to enable debugging is so that you can see the error
produced by your code, if you're just receiving a blank page, it's
either a PHP Error, or you've got a blank index.php file.. which is
entirely possible..
