[wp-hackers] security maintenance and hack cleaning

Hi all,

I'm looking for some suggestions on how to help clean and prevent hacked 
wordpress installs. These take too long for me to do myself, and there 
seems to be a level of specialized knowledge you need to do it well 
anyway, or else the hacks just come back. I've been taking a look at 
VaultPress's Premium service - but I don't know how robust that is.

Anyone have any suggestions?
