Not sure what exactly you're trying to do but neither TinyMCE nor 
WordPress have problem in handling pasted code in the visual editor.

This is a misconception: the visual editor is a _text_ editor, not HTML 
IDE thing. It works similarly to MS Word or OO Writer and uses HTML code 
for formatting the text the same way other text editors use xml. If you 
prefer to code the HTML by hand or other means, you shouldn't use it.
