[wp-hackers] Using capabilities to remove posts, links and comments, but not menus.

Hi Tom,
I'm sure you're aware but it should also be noted that giving someone the
capability to moderate comments allows them access to edit all posts.
This has caused me a large number of issues in the past (and 1 very public
one).
