The intent was not for a "Mr. WordPress" at all. The intent was for a 
module on the dashboard that identified steps/tasks for setting up and 
customizing your site (various settings, choosing theme, etc) and had a 
completion meter, very much like linkedin.com has. A "Mr. WordPress" 
project application would be unlikely to have any mentors interested.
