[wp-hackers] [GSoC 2011] Moving Wordpress

Its more or less what I wanted to write. Some cleanup and it'll be good to
go :)
Seems I have very less amount of work left to do for the project. Not sure
if the project will last a full term or not.
hmm going by the plugins and stuff already available, it seems that we just
need to take the best of these and integrate it together with some
additional features
