[wp-hackers] Gsoc 2011 - Idea

I am an undergraduate student interested in participating in gsoc 2011 under
wordpress ..... I am interested in Move Wordpress idea.... Can anyone
provide me with any progresss  on that idea ..
 whether any student attempted that project last year ?? There is a great
deal of confusion in the way you want to restore wordpress installation i.e
either by single .php file or a new wordpress installation ??
