Just for reference -

We reject all attachments 'in-and-out' over 10mb here in our domain.
This is also the default MS Exchange value for message size, so you'll
find this is quite a popular figure.

Files over that size we encourage our staff/clients to use ShareFile or
sFTP.

It will also depend on the configuration of the sending and receiving
MTA's as they may also limit email size
