[wp-hackers] resetting post IDs

And, if you're using featured images/post thumbnails, the postmeta on the post that points to the thumbnail's post id needs to be updated (sorry I can't recall the meta key). 

You might consider, instead, doing this via the wp export and import. That will update post IDs as it goes.
