[wp-hackers] GSOC 2011 Proposal

Gaurav its a good idea, specially in India but may be not one for GSoC. on
the other hand the same idea under a different name and may be some more
thinking will give you a good proposal idea
In this case,
Think more on the lines of adding few capabilities to WordPress such that it
can be used, as is, like a complete CMS. {obviously then you can use it for
a univ website too, with may be a plugin or two}
WordPress can be used as a complete CMS but its not something its configured
for by default (Don't torch me for writing this, please!)
