[wp-hackers] selling a premium plugin

Having free versions on your plugin in the repo is not something very
acceptalbe. All you have to do is built a great plugin, market it and allow
people a way to download with with payment processing. There are many very
successful premium (only) pluigns out there and to name a few: Gravity
Forms, Shopp, E-Commerce Plugin, Event Espresso and many more.
