[wp-hackers] Nested blogs aka pseudo hierarchie in a WordPress Multisite setup

Hi,

In the past I created a setup for site with a nested structure in
WordPress Mu using this method: http://ur1.ca/4dr6j

I was wondering if this would still be the best method to use in
WordPress Multisite in order to achieve the nested blogs or pseudo
hierarchy in the url structure e.g.

http://domain.ext/blog1/blog2/blog3/blog4
